Dana is an realtor with you the seller in mind. Her attention to detail was a great asset in the sale of my of my home. Specifically I was trying to sell my home while living in Florida. I needed Dana to hire and direct contractors to meet specifics required by the inspection. She hired and negotiated with said tradesmen and was able to bring the required changes under budget and on time. Dana surpassed my expectations in the completion of the project/sale. Thru her I was talked off the cliff of selling my home a number of time and seemed to make many problems that occurred just disappear eg. The morning of the closing I hit the garage door with the car thus requiring a new garage door ......... I was frantic I was supposed to close that afternoon. Dana was there with the solution by renegotiating the closing date and arranging with seller and his contractor the cost of repair and a new closing date. She is the best period! Everything you would want and expect from a professional. She always answered our questions a gave us suggestions on how to optimize the presentation of our home. The ad she composed was first rate ad our home looked perfect. we actually got a little over our asking price!
